In this cooperative game for 1 to 4 players, you and your companions will become brave investigators in the quiet New England town. Each character brings unique talents and, most importantly, personal flaws that enrich the narrative: perhaps you are haunted by the words of the Necronomicon, or your obsession with secrecy hinders you. Every encounter, every choice, will shape your personal stories, leaving indelible scars.

The 2021 Revised Core Set, published by Fantasy Flight Games, introduces significant new improvements for an even smoother and more immersive gameplay experience, with an estimated duration of 180 minutes per game. This revised edition was designed to offer everything you need to start your campaigns against the Mythos, including components sufficient for up to four players right from the start:

• Support for up to four players with a single core set (the original only supported two).
• Two copies of all 96 player cards from the original core set, with several new illustrations, plus two copies of 13 additional player cards previously only available in expansions.
