Rules - Axis & Allies: D-Day

Axis & Allies: D-Day is a strategic board game for 2-3 players that recreates the D-Day invasion of Normandy on June 6, 1944. One player assumes control of the Axis forces (Germany), whose objective is to defend the fortified beaches of Normandy. The other one or two players control the Allied forces (United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States), tasked with breaching these defenses and establishing a beachhead. The Allies' primary objective is to break through the German lines, while the Axis aims to contain the invasion.

The game is played on a large board and introduces a card system to add strategic depth. A deck of cards is divided into three types: Order cards determine the sequence of play and divide turns into distinct phases. Tactics cards offer players various strategic opportunities to influence combat and movement. Finally, Fortune cards introduce an element of unpredictability, simulating unforeseen events of war. Players move their military units and engage in combat for control of key zones, striving to achieve their faction's specific objectives.
