Tokyo Highway: Rainbow City is a dexterity and construction game for 2-4 players. The objective is to build elevated highways using sticks (roadways) and columns, placing your own cars. At the beginning of the game, each player receives cars, sticks, and grey and yellow column pieces. The city is set up by placing an initial stick, supported by a column and topped with one of your own cars. Various city objects are then placed.
During their turn, a player expands the highway by adding a new stick. One end rests on the column
