Rules - Suburbia

In Suburbia, players compete to develop their borough from a small area into a large metropolis. The main goal is to achieve the highest population compared to opponents at the end of the game. The game is based on placing hexagonal tiles, which represent different zones such as residential, commercial, civic, or industrial areas, and special points of interest. Each tile placed has an impact on your city's statistics.

During their turn, players purchase and place building tiles in their borough. These actions modify two fundamental parameters: your income and your reputation. Higher income allows you to purchase more expensive and advantageous tiles. A higher reputation, on the other hand, attracts new residents and increases your city's population. The game continues until a certain number of tiles are exhausted, after which the final score is calculated, also taking into account public and private objectives that provide population bonuses.
